I'm more inclined to assume this will be exploited by police, imagine being convicted of a crime they claim you remembered while in pre trial detention. Of course it could be as simple as swapping your video tape with one they created in order to incriminate you. As much as I really want this technology, it could do wonders for multitudes of disabled people, I'm more concerned about it being abused.
