Sure there is - 'item missing' or 'order incomplete' both properly describe your situation, and I have had the same thing happen to me with amazon fixing the problem immediately. Also, every time I've had an issue with an amazon order that I've needed a human to help with, I've been able to get one on the phone or via chat.
