- brailsafe 6y agoIt depends how much and how you're consuming it, but drinking your calories, especially through coffee or soda, is a great way to get fat. Just ask any 32 year old who doesn't exercise and starts every day with shitty coffee mixed with cream and sugar. Drinking cream and sugar will probably offset any positive thing you do for your heart to some extent, unless you're doing something that really demands that kind of calorie consumption.
