Oftentimes I'm at the point of questioning my motive. Whether it's fightng to obtain work visas for my team, or raising capital, or just being frustrated with the lack of progress in developing our technology, or identifying the best possible next candidate to hire. But then I talk to a potential user/customer and hear his enthusiasm about what our technology can deliver and the impact it may have and asking when he can get his hands on it. And this reminds me why I started it all in the first place and tells me I almost have no right to give up.
