I thought about creating a similar service for LinkedIn (targeted for recruiters) with the hypothesis that people updating their LinkedIn profiles are more likely to be searching or open to new jobs. Ultimately decided the creepiness was too high and that such tool shouldn't exist. There's also the caveat that while recruiters might be able to better target people in the market, HR can also identify people potentially job searching and punish them.
