In the UK, it is legal to exercise with one other person. So one is able to go for a walk. Despite this, virtually no companies I know of are encouraging this real, physical, safe interaction that has a huge potential for building team bonds. It's been a year so far, and we could well be doing this for years. I think that outdoor team events are a reasonable way forward.
