Just because there is no law specifying exactly what happened it doesn't mean something is legal. Like there is no law that says it's illegal to hit people wearing yellow hats, but if you did that you'd certainly get in trouble. The same way you cannot agree for someone to murder you. Just because users agreed it means nothing.
