Beat me on the submission again Greg! ;) This is a great outcome for the Scalyr team (disclosure: I'm one of the co-founders and was there from 2014-2017). The product is solid and has real tech behind it -- it really is an order of magnitude faster at log aggregation / searching than the Splunks, Sumo Logics, ELKs of the world. This gives SentinelOne a real advance, IMHO. Also fascinating to see how real-world acquisitions like this work as a shareholder who's not currently at the company. You really do wake up one day (for me, it was yesterday) to an email from a lawyer with a huge stack of things to sign and the next morning it gets broadcast to the world. I didn't know who SentinelOne was 25 hours ago, and today they're my favorite pre-IPO company ;) Happy to answer any questions about the process if anyone's curious.
