What are your troubles to find Product/Market fit?
Would love to share some of your pains. Personally, I've started a company holding the tech role (I don't like calling myself CTO, because the CTO hat is just soooo huge), Ive always tried to ensure we use 'tech to empower the business'. But how? When the numbers doesn't seem to move?
"Data driven" decisions to build a company - But how? What data is important to measure other than sales (worse when back to the first point, numbers are not moving).
What are/were your pain and thought process trying to find your own Product/Market fit?
- jschveibinz 6y agoProduct/market fit is more about people than technology. If you structure/instrument the tech to maximize feedback, then you are probably on the right track. Otherwise, go “talk” to 1000 customers/users as step 1...
- xueyongg 6y agoHi there! Totally agree! We have currently tried google forms, website fb widgets. The feedbacks were usually generic. How do you think we can go about positioning the tech to maximise feedback?
- jschveibinz 6y agoHard to give expert advice, but if you can “instrument” your product (software I assume) to measure and report on customer usage, that’s a good start. That would be at the micro level. At the macro level, you might keep track of how customers interact with your company, with social media, with marketing campaigns or with product workflows. Good luck!
