They're supposed to be stickers. So you peel 4 of them off to make a QR code based on the labels. When you scan it, it shows you a picture combining the 4 words you picked. I don't think that'd work in real life. Edit: Yeah, ok, it probably would, they're 4 separate QR codes, not 4 parts combining into one. It was hard to see on the original image.
