We’ve seen what monstruosities can come out of cosmetic surgeries (non-functional/vanity based): giant lips, breasts, abs,bottocks, etc. I know this news is about the face genes but there’s a short way to identify the others. Imagine one has crazy parents and are brought to this world with gigantic lips or minuscule noses and so on
