Hi HN - I created this after building https://idbloc.co https://idbloc.co (a web app that let's you use a different email address for every website). I wanted to create my own email provider to remove dependencies on external providers. It turns out it's a lot of work to create a reliable email provider, so I've opened up the service for others to use and built out integrations for common frameworks. We're running on carbon neutral and focusing on privacy first features (e.g. no read tracking). We're also tracking real time to inbox metrics and displaying them right on the front page.
