I was pretty disappointed by the EU’s big tech bill not addressing this. In the UK at least, the largest banks have to offer you at least a basic current account. A lot of these big tech companies have monopoly positions over certain areas. They should have to provide at least a minimum level of service, and have proper processes when there are conflicts.
