I have a Phenom X4 940BE. While Cain isn't threaded for bruteforcing and hence does just 10 million NTLMs, a threaded Cain would do about 40 million I suppose.

I have a Phenom X4 940BE. While Cain isn't threaded for bruteforcing and hence does just 10 million NTLMs, a threaded Cain would do about 40 million I suppose. Optimized software like hashcat would do even more but not anywhere near 3.3 billion.
