I was also unclear reading the article as to who the creditors were, because it seemed to me that this 'committee of creditors' which has been setup would be the ones to probe the affairs of the NRA, not just the Attorney General from NY and any other opponents. I mean, if the Attorney General is a creditor then fine, we will surely see some difficult questions asked.. but if the creditors are supporters of the NRA and don't want to ask any difficult questions then surely .. you see the problem
