The store was 90% empty. No more fresh products, and mostly just leftovers of other products since Brexit. Feels so weird.
- Hamuko 6y agoAt the moment it's kinda hard to tell which part is Brexit and which part is COVID-19 (and especially the new variants).
- rich_sasha 6y agoExcept for the New Variant mishap, import/export was surprisingly smooth under pandemic Europe.
- kergonath 6y agoHaving gone shopping regularly there during December and January, the major change was when lorries stopped crossing the channel. That's when we started seing empty shelves. The pandemic by itself never managed that.
