If your name, date of birth, vaccination dates, and a manufacturer's name can be used to facilitate identity theft, why hasn't the FTC or some other competent--oh, right--agency cracked down on lax business practices that allow this in the first place? People talk. Often, people talk to people who know their name and birthdate. This sounds more like fearmongering than a real concern.
