For the “affirm the person is the person in the document” problem, I’ve had to use a lot of KYC recently where the solution is to turn on your webcam and hold your doc in various positions while moving your face etc I imagine it’s possible to get MITM’d in this process (for anything really) but otherwise it seems very hard to fake
