- swampthing 6y agoCool, just pointing out where that logic leads.
- chrisseaton 6y agoIn the UK the medical degree that most medical doctors do is an undergraduate bachelor’s degrees. They use 'doctor' as a courtesy title after graduating, but only if they're junior and not a surgeon.
- swampthing 6y agoYea, I was referring to the MD degree (guessing the degree you’re referring to is not called that).
- chrisseaton 6y agoIn the UK most medical doctors get Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery degrees.
- ValentineC 6y ago> They use 'doctor' as a courtesy title after graduating, but only if they're junior and not a surgeon. What are they known by when they stop being "junior"?
- chrisseaton 6y ago'Mr', 'Miss', 'Ms', 'Mrs' etc again.
