I had a brief battle with cancer last year; surgery and radiation therapy for a pT3N0 tumour on my jaw/neck. It wasn’t a walk in the park and there’s some potential long term side effects (osteoradionecrosis and radiation induced fibrosis) but happy to have avoided chemotherapy.
