Mindfactory is one of the biggest sellers of hardware in Germany. They always have a budget GFX card for around 50 EUR on their starting page, but recently they have replaced it every week or so with an older and worse model at the same price. Right now they're featuring the 7-year-old GT710! Two years ago, I'd have thought this could only happen in case of total economic collapse.
