- dwpdwpdwpdwpdwp 6y agoReading the text of joint resolution 101, I can’t see how it would ban cannabis but not alcohol. I’m not a lawyer though.

- darkstar999 6y agoThe bill defines "psycoactive drug" as: any amount or mixture thereof of any schedule I or schedule II controlled substance
