I have a 4790k it's still pretty good work horse but finally getting to the point you'd be worth going up to a older Ryzen instead.. the pricing is similar and you get a memory boost etc. Though you do need a new mobo/ram but still.
- ahelwer 6y agoYeah I was weighing just upgrading the whole motherboard to a ryzen chipset or something, but I have an ITX build so it would be pretty expensive for the features that I want.
