The Stock market, even the gamestop event, is far better use of money than the various government powered lotteries. it is very difficult to tell people gambling is bad when you see the amount of advertisement that state lotteries are permitted to spend on let alone the national cooperative versions. at least with the stock market your bets are pretty much not going to leave you broke if you choose wrong but 99.9% of the time a state lottery is a losing bet.
