I used to believe that 230 is a good thing in all cases. But I have absolutely no sympathy for the people who post others addresses or family members information with the intent of bringing harm. That is one case I think it goes way too far, and social media platforms should absolutely be held liable for that type of harassment which can cross into the real world. This bill seems like a good step in that direction. And I do think platforms should be able to get sued and held liable for targeted violence against individuals that is incited on their platforms.
