I've had a really unpleasant experience with DO a few years ago. A full ticket of 5+ mails and each one of them felt like it was picked from a list after reading a couple keywords from my issue. They did of course not solve the problem in the end, but not before someone actually replied not understanding the context at all (can't blame them) and using a condescending tone to me.
