The Great Suspender has been flagged as malware, removed from Chrome Web Store
- lukeplato 6y agoIt just deleted all my sleeping tabs and they don't appear in my recent history... Is there any way to re-open these tabs?
- mohamez 6y agoThey appeared in my history, I think you re-open them one by one based on their title.
- lukeplato 6y agoThey didn't appear at the top of my history on chrome://history but I was able to recover them by searching for the addon prefix that replaces the URL: "chrome-extension://klbibkeccnjlkjkiokjodocebajanakg/suspended.html"
- Geeek 6y agoCan you explain further on how to recover my tabs? I lost a whole lot of them and panicking here.
- slig 6y agoGo to the Chrome's history and search for "klbibkeccnjlkjkiokjodocebajanakg". Middle click each one, and then look at the URL. The original URL should be at the end.
- zerd 6y agoOne workaround here (haven't tested it): https://github.com/greatsuspender/thegreatsuspender/issues/1263#issuecomment-773616821 https://github.com/greatsuspender/thegreatsuspender/issues/1...
- xlm1717 6y agoThanks for this, at least my tabs aren't totally lost.
- LordDragonfang 6y agoThe Marvellous Suspender[1] is a fork from the latest stable version before the dev sold it to a shady buyer, but it's probably good to look for alternatives. - slig 6y agoNow this might be the final push for me to move away from Chrome!
