RSS is great for me, and it gets supercharged by using huggin.
With huggin I generate filtered RSS feeds from Twitter,Craigslist, and other various sites.
I then have the feeds publish once/day so that I’m not constantly checking. I view then use miniflux as a reader.
It def requires some setup but it’s the healthiest my relationship with the internet had ever been.
