  I can recommend AirServer if you have leftover PC or Xbox, bought it for my Xbox and it's worked fine for my use-cases. Also many "smart-TV"'s seems to have it built in these days.

  any Roku will serve as a miracast device and as a WiDpi or whatever it's called

    They also added Airplay officially pretty recently. All my TVs have Roku built in and I was surprised a few weeks ago to wake up and see that My MacBook & iPhone started offering Airplay audio/video casting to any of my TVs. Pretty slick addition to the already great Roku featureset.
