- dmode 6y agoI am on this boat. I think Tier 1 cities will make a giant comeback, and office only startups in big cities will use that to differentiate and attract premium talent
- whb07 6y agoI think many of these cities will inevitably death spiral. Easy to forget Detroit used to be the tippy top of tier 1 cities.
