I can't see Tether being bailed out. Crypto is trivial compared to real finance and - for all crypto's hype on the subject - real finance still doesn't actually take it seriously. If crypto collapsed tomorrow, finance would go "lol" in passing and its obituary would be a few paragraphs from Matt Levine.
