FAQs: Why we don’t have them (2013)
- calpaterson 6y agoI worked at GOVUK at the time but I never liked this policy. People find FAQs very useful for exploring what you're about. I also don't think duplication of the answers to key questions is a problem at all. And one huge GOVUKism - "Twitter agrees" - who cares about some guys tweet? An "appeal to hipness"!
