Lots of people don't use adblock lists. Like, lots and lots. That's why ad spends are still so massive. And I personally will turn off my adblocker if it literally breaks the website. I uninstalled on a cookie banner remover plugin because it was breaking websites too frequently. If I'm on a website there is generally a reason I am on there, the only time I won't disable a plugin is if I have pretty much no interest, these are people who you're not going to convert anyways.
