i understand what you mean, but why would you say that when it's dumping ?
- sokoloff 6y agoAnyone who is long any stock has an incentive to encourage others to "not sell", whether the stock is going up or down. (The pump-n-dumpers are still incentivized to "pump" all the time, even while they're dumping.)
