- babelfish 6y agoIt is in the United States too – mostly vanilla milkshakes, though (Wendy's frosty, In-N-Out shake, etc)
- Semaphor 6y agoIt is? I’ve never heard of this or seen it anywhere, and I’ve lived here all my life. Possibly a regional thing?
