I understand, but that's also part of the problem. Human beings will take the shortest path to "victory" even if they don't like it, and this is a situation that exemplifies it. I end up having a worse experience overall, but it's the path of least resistance so it ends up being the "superior" option. I'm not proposing that Spotify should remove the feature entirely, it's just not the way I want to listen to music.
