What are your pains, screw-ups or fears related to accounting & tax? Where you in seed phase or post market fit?
- koolk3ychain 6y agoCalculating how much sales tax to collect (when building internal ecommerce payment processing) and figuring out how to report "transient" cashflow (for instance payouts to vendors who sell on a platform) on taxes while not counting it as income. Figuring out how to file taxes for a small team incorperated as an LLC is also a bit daunting, especially when all team members are in different states working remote.
