I find incredible how this story is generally framed as the small guy beating the big guy. Sure, a couple of big guys got in trouble, but most of the big guys steered clear. The small guys, however, are laughing out loud while holding worthless or epically overvalued securities. These securities aren't bitcoin. They have none of the properties of cryptocurrencies and can't be used as one. So we can't just expect GME, AMC etc stay at the levels they are. These are troubled companies, many of which losing money. When the music stops playing, the big guys in Wall Street will say goodbye to the little guys on their way down.
