- hitpointdrew 6y agoIt is if your target audience is 70+ year olds.
- presentation 6y agoIt is if you’re working in government or other fields like medicine, where a ton of both legacy and new software is still being written with IE as the target, that have prevented people from moving off it.
- Pasorrijer 6y agoAlso a problem if you're working with airlines, medium to large companies over 15 years old, the government, etc. Etc. Comments like these are why the people who have to interface with actual customers get so mad with development teams.
- userbinator 6y agoIt is a very serious problem when you are the Government and you need your site to work for everyone. Also, fuck Google's monopoly. (I'm a long-time IE user.)
- notapenny 6y agoAccording to the login page for the system it works in FF, Safari and Edge as well. I suppose "only Chrome" is more accurately "if it works in Chrome, it'll run in everything but IE". Still makes me wonder why though, most projects I've worked on have have to support IE, and though it annoys developers because they cannot use the hotHewThingN api, mostly its fine.
