I actually prefer to use WMs when I can, I know there's Sway which is toted a bit as Wayland's i3, but I more prefer bspwm's setup and would like to see that, albeit, I haven't looked too deep into the market at all; my main concerns are all pretty much compatibility-related, but that might not even be justified.
