Russian citizens could be fined for using SpaceX’s Starlink Internet Service
- mensetmanusman 6y agoDoes Starlink need any country-specific capital beyond a pizza-box receiver/antenna to function well? E.g. I was under the impression there would have to be occasional large-scale, ground-based, starlink infrastructure nodes to connect geographically local requests to the nearest fiber-linked internet server nodes (rather than sending requests through the entire starlink infrastructure back to ground based units in America)
