See for instance https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ellipsis#Programming_languages https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ellipsis#Programming_languages and https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ellipsis_(computer_programming) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ellipsis_(computer_programming... . JavaScript/TypeScript also uses it in a similar way to PHP.
