There is/was issues with submitted vaccine data. Technically it wouldn't have been approved in normal times till they could get better proven data. Now it is all water under the bridge because countries are desperate to have enough vaccines. 6 months from now, all countries are going to pretend to be nice nice and when there will be oversupply and new variant of the COVID, they will be dumping the old vaccines on other countries.
