This seems like are much more sustainable and honest model. So much of the costs of modern capitalism are hidden and picked up outside of the companies pushing for constant growth. The focus on growth an profit neglects the point of life. Modern work tends towards exploitation for a lot of jobs. Switching focus back to concentrate on the whole picture makes sense to me and I hope they can overcome the greed that drives our current systems.
