If anybody is going to suffer, it’s the retail traders, but that’s typical when Wall Street and DC combine. Also, note that they label it “populist”. That word isn’t chosen lightly. It is used to differentiate the smart people from the dumb masses. Too bad the masses can plainly see the manipulation in Wall Street’s favor.
