It's a quote (hence the ''). If you read the article you'll see it comes from https://thewalrus.ca/for-everyone-a-garden/ https://thewalrus.ca/for-everyone-a-garden/, which (as others have said) says it 'failed' to be housing for everyone.
- GizmoSwan 6y agoHad they built more of the,, it may have taken off. It had demonstrated the possibilities. Maybe it was ahead of its time. The choice that other people make does not make the idea worthless or a failure.
