If nature of the project is simple then you can easily get away by just using StimulusJS. I really liked the simplicity of AngularJS v1.2 & StimulusJS has some of it's simplicity. I dont know why using plain old html has become a frowned upon!! Or at least that what I've felt in my tech bubble.
