By my own experience, if you have the appropriate skills and knowledge, most companies could care less on where you graduated. Some larger companies' HR departments can be university snobs, but I never encountered that on all the startups that I've applied to. Just keep studying, do great work, and grow your portfolio; and I'm sure you'll do fine.
