umm I am actually genuinly trying to understand what changed... I thought they already told us they are planning to do an IPO.
- meowkit 6y agoIf you thought they were doing an IPO then this post will tell you they are planning a direct listing. They sent a draft in December for this, so yes we knew, but now its official.
- DSingularity 6y agoConflating the two because I didn’t know the difference. I have never bought shares when they open because of volatility so I never pay attention! Anyhow, thanks for the explanations.
