About #7, a cigar = relaxing because, at least when I smoke a cigar, I sit outside and just relax for an hour and let my mind have a rest. Cigarettes seem more like an obsessive-compulsive thing to do with your hands. Obviously a cigar is still bad for your health, but having something that forces you to go outside for an hour can be a good thing ;)
